Plane carrying a liver for transplant crashed

According to the authorities of a hospital in the UK, “The operation to transplant a liver that arrived in a plane that crashed was successful.”
The plane carrying the liver crashed on Friday in the runway of Birmingham, central England, due to the heavy fog.
In the aircraft were traveling two men, who resulted injured, one seriously.
Fortunately, the transplant was successfully performed during the night of Friday at the Queen Elizabeth hospital in Birmingham.
