Spanish player suffers heart attack in the middle of a match (watch video)

Spanish fooballer Miguel Angel García Tebar, suffered a heart attack in the middle of the match Salamanca- Betis, for the second division. Fortunately, he was quickly attended by doctors.

The emergency doctors of Salamanca (his club) had to revive him with heart massage in the field. He was taken to the Hospital Clínico de Salamanca emergency room. The player is stable.

García Tebar, 31 years old, collapsed in the minute 57 of the match. Dramatic moments were lived. His partners wept in anguish, especially Marcos Márquez, his personal friend.

Lying on the floor, unconscious and without vital signs, doctors had to open an airway and revive with a defibrillator in the middle of the field, in order to save his life.

Miguel Angel Garrido, Salamanca doctor, told later: “He had no vital signs, we have had to open an airway and shock to revive him. Luckily, the player has responded well and now is stable in hospital. “
