The metrodelegados meet with Labour officials to unlock the strikes

Labor Ministry officials are meeting with delegates of the subway that do not respond to UTA to try to unlock the conflict that caused a lot of strikes and assemblies. Line A maintains a strike and the line D presents a limited service due to electrical faults.

Metrovías spokesmen announced that the measure is due to requests for wage increases (delegates who do not respond to UTA claim a 35% increase) and the sanctions imposed by the company because of “default service” during the strikes.

In addition, delegates were asked to recognize the legal status to participate legally in the election for leadership of the union of the subway.
