“Pimienta” Silva confessed he was paid $ 1,000 for whistleblowing role in the Carolina Piparo case

Miguel Angel Silva, aka “Pepper”, confessed he was the whistleblower who choose Carolina Píparo as victim in the Santander Río bank to steal the money she had removed among her mother.

Pimienta said he was paid $ 1,000 to do this work and that he was indeed inside the bank when the pregnant woman withdrew 10,000 dollars and 13,000 pesos.

Moreover, the defendant argued that the charge of recruiting and organizing members of the band was Carlos Jordan Juarez, who had police protection from San Isidro and La Matanza.

According to his lawyer, Roberto Ortega, Silva said that it was the first time he did such crime and that he was sorry.
