A male nurse was accused of sexual abuse

The Criminal Chamber of the City of Buenos Aires decided to revoke the overseeing of a male nurse accused of drugging a patient and performing oral sex on him. The cover was entitled with “carnal and sexual abuse”.

On 17 January last year, a male nurse whose name has the initials O.D.Y. entered the room 7 of cardiology at a hospital, said to the patient “I come to make a shaving because it is badly done” and allegedly drugged him and performed oral sex on him.

Apparently, after giving him two pills that made him dizzy, he began “masturbating him while passing cotton with Pervinox around his genitals and blew for the liquid to dry, after which he introduced in his mouth the male member” was said in the the ruling signed by Mirta López González, Rodolfo Pociello Argerich and María Laura Garrigós de Rébori.
