Truck overturns on a taxi in General Paz Avenue
A tractor-trailer overturned and crushed a taxi in the lane for heavy vehicles of General Paz Avenue.
The accident occurred at the intersection with Pan American Highway, in regard to the Rio de la Plata.
There is a person trapped inside the cab, while rescue groups are working at the site for rescue.
The truck driver was arrested in the midst of a nervous breakdown.
