The 57 years of the Cuban Revolution were celebrated
Today marks the 57th anniversary of the day of the first revolutionary action on the Moncada Barracks, where the revolutionary soldiers, among whom were Fidel Castro and Ernesto “Che” Guevara, got their first win.
The ceremony was led by President Raul Castro and his second in command, José Ramón Machado, who explained a notable absence, the on of the commander, “Fidel’s visible recovering as a source of deep joy for all revolutionaries (…) he is present and fighting on this day that means so much to him and for us all.”
In addition, the vice president commented on the political situation in Latin America “will proceed with a sense of responsibility, step by step, at a pace determined by us, without improvisation or not to miss rainfall. (…) We will act without solutions populist, demagogic and misleading. “
