The judge who release murderer Axel Lopez will answer before justice

The Disciplinary Commission of the Judicial Council cited the controversial judge Axel Lopez, who gave the convicted Pablo Diaz the possibility to make trips outside jail. During one of them he murdered the young Soledad Bargna.

The date for the judge to clarify his procedure will take place tomorrow, as decided by seven votes to two members of the Council.

Soledad Bargna was killed at the age of 19 years in her apartment in the neighborhood of Caballito, 22 May 2009, when she resisted being raped by Diaz.

His parents expressed a statement: “We have ensured that the Disciplinary Commission of the Council of the Magistracy cited the judge Axel Lopez, whose discretion had as much to do with the death of our Sole.”

With much pain they drive the complaint against Lopez: “The decisions that the judge Axel Lopez took over the prisoner Pablo Diaz did not care to our beloved and favored Soledad circumstances for him to kill.”

“The judge dismissed the possibilities and suggestions for control and have to take responsibility for it,” the family justified to argue their request.
