President Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner congratulated Santos, the elected president of Colombia
The President Cristina phoned Juan Manuel Santos last night, who won the second round of elections in Colombia.
Official sources reported that “the head of state and the elected president of Colombia held a telephone conversation last night after knowing that the definition gave the electoral victory to Santos against Mocknus Antanas.
The same sources added that “The Head of State and Santos held a dialogue on various issues concerning the region and pledged to continue working for bilateral relations.”
