The Supreme Court dismissed the injunction that suspended the Media Law

The Supreme Court dismissed the petition filed by Congressman Enrique Thomas against the media law, before the Justice in Mendoza province.

The Court interpreted that legislators can not question the process of passing the law and judges can not suspend laws in general.

The judges form the Supreme Court ruled in reference to the validity of the injunction that suspended the law, but it does not concern the law content.

For the Court, an injunction can not derogate a law binding on the entire country.
