Cristina called Clarin “unoriginal” and recommended a psychologist to agricultural producers

President Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner presented the plan of investment financing for SMEs. She said his government reinforced the link between domestic and foreign markets. Furthermore, she criticized again the opposition media and the agricultural producers.
“Since we started, we always had two clear points: the domestic market and exportation,” the president said, adding that “today we enjoy rates never seen before in the history of Argentina.”
“We need to promote strategic sectors of the economy such as our producers, to help them export more and better,” said Cristina.
As she has done in recent speeches, she criticized again the methods used to adjust the crisis in developed countries:
“They have been insisting with the same recipe with disastrous results.”
“We have to help improvement, we present a measure to deepen the industrialization process and defend our production in order to reduce our dependence on imports,” said in the same direction.
As it could not be otherwise, the President referred to Grupo Clarín, though without naming them (“no need to name them,” she said, almost as a joke). Called them “boring and unoriginal” after recent criticism over the alleged exports restrictive measures. “Some critics are heard only in Argentina. In other countries the media praises the measures to encourage domestic production.”
Finally, she left an “advice” for agricultural producers:
“I read an interview recently where they said: Before we were bad but felt fine. Now we are fine but we feel bad. In that case, the only thing I can do is to recommend them a psychologist,” she joked.
The presentation was held in the Chamber of Women at Government House.
