In the last chapter of Lost, to be broadcast worldwide on May 23 on ABC, the price per 30 seconds of advertising reaches nearly a million dollars.

After six years of being on the crest of success, this famous American series comes to an end, and the expectation of the millions of fans is such that the cost of advertising reaches huge values.

ABC has already prepared the various price needed to advertise in the most anticipated final on worldwide television. Although, in recent months, the audience had declined a little bit, channel executives know perfectly well that the show outcome will reach astronomical profits.

According to Advertising Age magazine, the rate for 30 seconds of advertising reached $ 950,000, representing an increase of 400% compared to the regular price, which is around $ 213,000.

Currently, the leader of this ranking is Greys Anatomy with almost $ 250,000 for 30 seconds of advertising.

But oddly enough, Lost in its final chapter is far from the prices that some companies paid to advertise on the Superbowl: nearly 2.5 million dollars.

Moreover, the end of Seinfeld and Friends reached $ 2 million, because more than 50 million Americans watched their last chapters. The record remains in the hands of MASH, which reached 105 million.
