Judge who froze Central Bank reserves sends message to the Executive

Federal Administrative Judge Claudia Rodriguez Vidal said “I am respectful of  institutions and investitures”, according to the information provided today by the Judicial Information Center.

When asked about her actions in the cause that stopped the use of central bank reserves for the payment of international debt, the judge simply indicated that all she did was taking  measures she deemed appropriate in the case.

Rodriguez Vidal also said that today she granted the appeal submitted by the Government to be the Appelate Court who decides on the case.
