Picket at 9 de Julio Avenue creates chaos in traffic

Demonstrators from different groups such as Corriente Clasista y Combativa, Barrios de Pie, Polo Obrero, Bloque Piquetero Nacional and El Frente Darío Santillán are blocking the traffic in Buenos Aires downtown.

The protesters claim to be included in the plan “Argentina Works” and an end to political patronage.

The main column arrived at the Ministry of Development, on Avenida 9 de Julio y Belgrano, from Constitution, Congress and the Obelisk.

Similarly, in Rosario, Cordoba, La Banda in the province of Santiago del Estero, San Miguel de Tucuman, Salta, Jujuy, Oran and Salvador Mazza, among other cities of the country will be held marches and protests.
