Gago would go to Manchester City, not Boca Juniors

Argentine midfielder Fernando Gago could move to England’s  Manchester City, where would play alongside countrymen Carlos Tevez and Mariano Zabaleta. Thus, the chances of returning to Boca dissipated.

Fernando Gago is not a regular Real Madrid starter. Although in recent matches he played from minute one, he is convinced that if staying in Madrid, he won’t be playing much, which will be reduce his chances of taking part in the National Team for the World Cup.

Boca, with Battalgia injured and serious problem organizing the midfield, was eager to secure the services of the playmaker and it seemed that everything was on track.

Now, it seems that mighty Manchester City, will have the last word.

Marcelo Lombilla, the footballer’s agent, will travel today to Madrid to persuade the Madrid managers to let go the player in exchange for 15 million Euros.
