Solange Bellone, Sebasián Forza’s widow, will remain arrested without the benefit of home detention, according to the established by Judge Norberto Oyarbide.

This occurred in the context of the investigation of adulterated drugs, known as the drug mafia.

According to the judge, the measure was taken due to the seriousness of the crimes alleged against him and he also said that releasing her from prison could “hinder the investigation.”

Bellone requested to complete the home detention in a country of Pilar justifying it with a national law and the International Convention of the Rights of Children which allows arrested people with children with less than five years to complete the house detention in their homes.

Bellone is processed for being considered a member of an unlawful association dedicated to the marketing of adulterated medicines that were made since SEACAMP SA, the drugstore in which she appears as a member and whose owner was Forza, one of the victims of the “Triple crime” of General Rodríguez together with Damian Ferron and Leopoldo Bina.
