Miss Argentina 1994 dies after cosmetic surgery

Solange Magnano, 38, native of Santa Fe , winner of the Miss Argentina beauty pageant in 1994, frequent model of designer Roberto Piazza and mother of twins, died at a clinic in Avellaneda from a pulmonary embolism after undergoing cosmetic surgery.

Magnano, was under medical supervision since Thursday and was with her husband and family.

In 2007, the model opened a modeling school in San Francisco, Córdoba province, ‘Actitud Models’.

Designer Roberto Piazza, made the following statements: “I am amazed how from one moment to another, without any disease, what happened has happened. In my life I’ve had many models, but this girl has been one of my favorites. It was always at a very high level, with unparalleled beauty… “
