Amira Yoma´s car shot

Last night, at around 9 pm, Amira Yoma was on her way to a frined’s house in the Buenos Aires neighborhood of Agronomia when she was intercepted by armed criminals.

Amira, sister in law of former President Carlos Menem was driving down Beiro Avenue, when a red car aproached and shoot a bullet that went through the driver’s door.

Amira, frightened, managed to perform evasive maneuvers and the criminals escaped, fortunately she was not injured, but needed to be hospitalized for a nervous breakdown.

Amira’s husband said “She was saved by chance. The bullets skimmed her.”

The fact was confirmed by spokesmen for the Federal Police.

Police Station 37 is in charge of the investigation.
