Cell phone stops bullet and saves woman’s life

In the Brazilian state of Parana, a young woman wasmiraculously unharmed after a bullet was stopped by her cell phone, which  by the incident.

Everything happened in a bar, where a figh started  among some people that were in the place. A man wanted to leave the premises with a glass of beer when security staff prevented him from doing so. At that time the man pulled agun  began shooting.

“I could not even see who shot, the only thing I did was to stay down on the floor and then I realized that the bullet went into my wallet, where the cell phone stopped it.” said the woman

According to the Ministry of Public Security of Paraná, this incident left one person dead and four injured, who were quickly taken to health centers in the area. The suspect remains in custody.

“When the shooting stopped, we were on the floor waiting for the shooting to start again. My friend started to pull my clothes and I realized she was injured. Then arrived the ambulance and I started looking for my cell phone, to realize that my purse was pierced and the cell phone had a bullet impact, ” the woman added.

Incredibly, the bullet was found  in the bottom of the purse and is now an important pice of evidence for investigating the incident, according to what  published the Brazilian website G1.
