Madonna sued for being noisy

Local media reported that Madonna, the pop princess was the victim of a lawsuit, by one of her neighbors in her New York apartment due to noises she and her guests caused in a dancing session.
The New York Post reported that “the Supreme Court in Manhattan yesterday received the lawsuit filed by Karen George, upstairs neighbor of the artist in a select block of flats next to Central Park.
The lawsuit says that “Madonna and one or more of her guests danced and exercised repeatedly with amplified music and incredibly high volume, causing noise and vibrations that could be felt through the walls, ceilings and radiators.
According to this legal document, “George has been forced to endure loud music, thumps and walls vibrating during periods of an hour and a half to three hours every day.”
At a meeting of residents of the apartment it had been indicated that “Madonna had already received a warning that she would be evicted if she did not put an end to these dance sessions.
Both the singer as her spokesmen, for the moment, remained silent about the lawsuit.
