Judge Rosa Elsa Parrilli, who was scheduled to testify tomorrow, went out of the blue to the prosecution at 3300 Berutti, to avoid journalists.

Parrilli, who mistreated two employees at a traffic office because her car had been towed, is accused of threat and discrimination.

The content of Parrilli’s declaration wasn’t revealed, but judicial sources said that the judge presented a writing in her defense and then she answered the prosecutor’s questions.

On September 15, Parrilli – on charge of Court Nº 28 – made quite a scene at the traffic office as she hurled abused at the employees.

“They earn 1,200 pesos tu screw people, all brunettes, not one blond they hire!”, she shouted. And she threatened to “slap” them because of making her waste her time. “Don’t you realize, you moron, that I’m in charge here?” Those were some of the phrases snarled by the magistrate.

From these facts, the Minister of Justice of Buenos Aires, Guillermo Montenegro, called for the impeachment that might be given next.

“We understood that the process must continue along the line of impeachment,” said counselor Gabriel Vega.

After the scandal, the judge took a two weeks’ holiday.

In addition to these allegations, it emerged that the judge had  29 unpaid traffic fines, and was also accused of lying about having a son born in the ESMA detention center during the dictatorship, to collect a subsidy of 225 thousand pesos .
