A new subway strike affected thousands of users

The six lines of the Buenos Aires city subway network were stopped from 6 to 9 this morning for a strike.

At some stations there were moments of tension.

Delegates from the subway workers union clashed with representatives of the UTA (rival union).

In addition, there were some incidents, which included the breaking of glass windows and doors, of some trains.

According the company Metrovías, there was trains service but under a schedule of emergency.

The group of former delegates interrupted early the free pass of trains by blocking the tracks.
