We lost big time to Bolivia and the group didn’t get discouraged. The maximum of the Argentine soccer idol and current technical Selection Argentina, Diego Armando Maradona, said today that a World Cup without Argentina would not be a World Cup. ”

Argentina will host Brazil, the current leader of the South American World Cup qualifying on September 5 in Rosario.
Maradona indicated feeling “very confident” that was successful in the classification, “but would not be here.”
We lost ugly with Bolivia and the group did not break. Whenever you lose like that there are some who give bad looks to others, but it didn’t happened here. We stuck together, we had a meeting on the plane and that gave us strength. We played a great match with Ecuador, which we could have outdone by two goals in the first half, and blew the chance. I hope that wont’ happen with Brasil. ”
So far, Argentina is clinging to qualification. But if they fall one position, they’ll have to play a last chance game against the fourth in the CONCACAF.
“It’s hard, I enjoyed myself much more as a player, but he I don’t turn my back on responsibility. You know that I’ve been through a lot in my life, and now I’m fully recovered and managing the selection of Argentina. It is a dream come true, “said Maradona.
“A World Cup without Argentina would not be a World Cup. I’ve already won the World Cup and was also a runner-up. I was second in Italy against all odds. We were told Italy would win, and we ousted them. We went to the final with Germany and lost. ”
“I was in World Cups and I played two finals, I know how to get there, how to manage the group, how to train them. I know how to talk. I have experience to talk about the subject. I did not get eighth, ninth, nor came in the first turn. I know something about football … ”
Admittedly, Maradona knows something about football …
And as if what Diego gave us Argentineans didn’t seem engough, we just beg for more “maradonian” joys.
