De Narvaez and Duhalde: Rivality in silence
A phrase shot the rivalityy between Duhalde and Francisco De Narváez: “The leaders kept saying to us that without the PJ nor the device of Duhalde we could win the elections; and: what happened?”. The same corresponds to “the shadow” of the elect deputy for Union-Pro.
An interview published by Clarin newspaper said that they are not going to have any relation again with Duhalde and that the only thing that matters from now on is “ Francisco governor2011 ″.
When 20 days were remaining for the elections of June and the fight between De Narvaez and Felipe Solá was fierce and daily, Duhalde called De Narváez and said him to go behind Solá in the list of deputies of Union PRO in Buenos Aires: “There Francisco stood up and went away, the relation ended, we knew we would be first or would not be at all”, remembered the man of De Narváez.
Since that moment the idea of “unperonise” the campaign came out and owing to that they came the desertions of “duhaldistas” like Jorge “Oveja” Sarghini, – the Secretary of the Treasury in the from Buenos Aires administration of Duhalde, and secretary of Finance candidate with president Duhalde – who would go in the twelveth position inthe list. “He is my right-hand man, it me hurts very much”, said a distressed Felipe Solá the night that the lists closed while De Narváez was walking along his luxurious living between the library of Juan Perón that he bought in Italy for 150 thousand dollars.
