Health Minister to address Congress on swine flu pandemic

Juan Manzur, National Health Minister, will face the Health Commission at the Congress, to explain the latest reports on the H1N1 virus pandemic in the country.

Juan Silvestre Begnis, head of the Commission, was who invited the Minister to address the progress of the epidemic.

Commission representatives stated that “the idea is to analyze the situation in hospitals in the metropolitan area and the production, sale and quality of alcohol gel used to fight the virus spread”

Yesterday, Juan Manzur, met President Cristina Kirchner twice to discuss the swine flu situation and a plan submitted against the re-appearance of dengue fever.
