Belsunce case: They ask Carlos Carrascosa is released from prison.

The widower will have to continue in prison after the Justice denied releasing him. The proofs presented by his representatives did not have good results and did not manage to change the situation.

The Criminal Oral Court number 6 of San Isidro informed this morning that a request of extraordinary release from prison was called by Carlos Carrascosa´s lawyers .

Carrascosa was sentenced to life imprisonment because of his wife Maria Marta García Belsunce murder, and after the justice´s denial he will have to fulfill his sorrowat Campana´s prison. Buenos Aires´Chamber reverted the first judgment´s sentence in which he was sentenced to five years and a half of prison.

At the beginning of this week, the widowers defense presented an habeas corpus resource so that they release CArrascosa, but also it was denied.
