SUBE cards, supposed to be free, sell in the black market

The attached secretary of the Union of transport drivers (UTA), Ricardo Cheik Ali, admitted today that “the cards of the System sell in the street”, which must be distributed for free, and warned that “it is almost impossible to control this abuse”.
