District Attorney asked for 26 years of prison for Omar Chabán and “Pato” Fontanet

The complaint considers Chabán to be responsible for the crimes. The request was realized by José Churches, lawyer and father of one of the 193 victims.

The main complaint of the oral judgment for the Cromañón tragedy, asked Omár Chabán, manager of the dance club,  should be condemned to 26 years of prison. And also the leader rock band Callejeros, “Pato” Fontanet.

The request was formulated before the Oral Criminal Court of Buenos Aires, the district attorney requested that it is taken into consideration that it is “the case with more individual victims of the Argentine judicial history”, in reference to the 193 deceased and 1.524 injured.
