The adolescent indicted for the crime of Capristo is not going to be released

The juvenile court magistrate, Raúl Donadío, in charge of the cause for the crime happened last week to Daniel Capristo said today that the 14-year-old young man who is indicted for the murder is not at present in condition to recover his freedom.

“We cannot be speaking today about this topic”, said the judge of Guarantees of the Juvenile Penal Jurisdiction of Lomas de Zamora, Raúl Donadío, on having been consulted on the possibility that the adolescent is liberated and told that to begin analyzing this possibility they have to “eliminate the things that led to this”.
