Lanús claims for justice after a man is murdered by a minor

A man was murdered in Valentín Alsina district of Lanús (Buenos Aires Province), when a adolescent delinquent, tried to steal his car.

After the incident the kid tried to escape, but the local neighbors managed to capture him, after that the minor threw away a 9mm gun in his run.

The murder took place minutes after 9 p.m. yesterday, when a 14-year-old minor tried to steal the vehicle of Daniel Capristo(45), a neighbor of Valentín Alsina.

After the arrest of the minor, in charge of the Nº 3 Lanús police station, the neighbors furious by the crime wave in the area, attacked the police personnel and a district attorney of the courts of Lomas de Zamora that had approached the place.

“How do I tell my brothers that dad is not going to sit the table today to have dinner? nobody will give us my dad back”, Facundo Capristo complained, one of the children of the victim who was in the car when the crime took place. “The only thing I want is that my dad rests in peace, the Justice already knows what it has to do, the one that does something has to pay it”, he said.
