Football joins mourning

The AFA (Argentine Football Association)arranged a minute of silence before the match between Argentina and Bolivia.
The players will wear a black bracelet as a token of duel for the death of Alfonsín, who loved politics as much as football.
For the death of the ex-president of the Nation Raúl Alfonsín, this evening a minute of silence will observed before the match between Bolivia and Argentina, in La Paz for the qualifying round for the world cup of South Africa 2010 and the same will happen on next weekend matches, for the local championship.
Alfonsín, was a fan of Independiente football club and in 1986, being the President of the Republic, Argentina achieved his second World Cup in Mexico.
